Steve Ciesielski
Steve Crim, his wife Jane, and their family have been a part of LFF since it was started. During that time, they have been involved in various ministries in different roles. Steve has a heart for encouraging the church as a community and has served as a home group leader for a number of years. As an Information Technology professional with 25 years of experience, he also helps to lead IT related activities at LFF.
Doug Rassi is a business leader and family man. He is the Founder and President of Poly-wood, Inc. Doug is an influential business mind, he likes to challenge the status quo and think outside the box. He builds leaders in the context of real-time situations. He and his wife, Kristen, have six children. His emphasis as a spiritual leader is to be faithful and diligent with what God has given you, in the arena that he has placed you in.
Tom Stutsman has been an elder since the beginning of the church in 1994 and a regular participant in the Saturday morning men's prayer meeting. Tom played an instrumental role in the search for our current building and recently for a new building site. His vision for the church is that we become a strong family of believers that rejoice with each other in times of blessing and minister and care for each other in times of trial.
Jim Tyson serves on the pastoral team as an elder and as a Ministry Leader for prophetic, intercession, deliverance, and family ministries. He has also ministered in various countries around the world. With the vision to see God "bring forth streams in the desert", it is his desire to see Jesus glorified as each person in the Body of Christ grows to maturity and serves to the fullest potential of their giftings. Jim and his wife, Cindy, have been blessed with ten children who love the Lord.
Malcolm Webber is the founder and Senior Pastor at Living Faith. He is also the founder and president of Strategic Global Assistance, Inc. - a ministry dedicated to facilitating leadership development, particularly in poor and closed nations. Malcolm was born in Australia. He grew up in Brisbane, Queensland, and was dramatically saved in 1980 at the age of 19. He began ministering soon after. Malcolm has had the privilege of seeing the Lord save, heal, deliver, teach and equip many people and many leaders in about 30 nations around the world.
Ministry LeadersBelieving that every Christian is a “minister,” we have a very large “ministry team”! A few members of that team are mentioned below. Mark Stoffel and Team lead our Youth Ministry Jenny Yordy and Team lead our Children's Ministry Brian Frye is director of our local leader development program called, "ConneXions". Lynette Slaubaugh leads Abled 1's, a ministry for persons with disabilities and their families. She began in the fall of ‘97 and has developed a strong ministry in the church. She has worked with the disabled for nearly 20 years, including in the nation of China. Her vision is to see the disabled come to their full potential in Christ and be a vital part of the church. Alan Reder is Leader of the Audio-Visual Team for Living Faith. He has trained a team that provides sound reinforcement support to the various ministries at Living Faith. His goal is to bring God’s people into His presence through praise and worship where the Holy Spirit will change lives through the power of the Word. James Taylor is the leader of our radio station, Fusion 98.7fm Serra Zimmerman leads the Heavenly Grounds Cafe, serving beverages from 9-11am on Sunday mornings. Michael McCloud has been leading an evangelistic jail ministry since 1990 Sharon Chupp oversees the Mobilization Ministry. For four years she led a jail ministry and then served March for Jesus eight years - five of these as Regional Coordinator. Her desire is to help God’s people to discover their giftings and fulfill their calling. God has used her to mobilize and train Christians to become effective in the body of Christ. Queen Lovelady founded Mothers in Christ, Inc., a ministry that helps single mothers and children. Mark and Patty Katzer head up our prayer ministry that suppors the leaders, ministries, and people of Living Faith. Keith and Becky Carrington lead our Welcome Ministry which focuses on welcoming and expressing the heart of Jesus to all who come. Jim Chupp is Living Faith’s Head Usher. He has served the Lord since he was saved at 14. His special gift is to make people feel welcome and at home in the church. He has a desire to see the body of Christ come together as one body to worship Jesus in unity. Shar Yordy is director of office and clerical duties. Ginny Ciesielski is our Worship Leader at Living Faith. Plus an innumerable host of talented, gifted and passionately committed people who all richly contribute to make Living Faith what it is. Our generation demands uncommonly resourceful leaders. |

Gary Yordy is an Elder. After two decades in the corporate business arena in the areas of accounting, finance, and marketing, Gary has redirected his skills and energies toward strengthening the members of his local church in Elkhart, Indiana. Currently, Gary serves as a member of the pastoral team with an emphasis on encouraging individuals and families toward healthy relationships with God and others in order that they might glorify God and fulfill their purpose and calling. He has also dedicated his life to challenging the church family members to a higher level of sound biblical stewardship. For Gary, helping others serve the church family is a divinely crafted aspect of fulfilling his life purpose.
