We may all face grief when we experience a significant loss of any kind, whether it be the loss of a job or that of a loved one.  Sharing that grief with others and working through its various stages can move us along on the journey back to hope.  This class can help do that, whether you are the one who is grieving or you want to help a friend who is.

Weight No More

Join us as we continue the “Weight No More” health, fitness and nutrition program! If you are new to the class, you must have an accountability partner—so sign up with a spouse, relative, or friend.  You must track ALL calories in, calories out and daily water intake. Weight No More program will systematically teach you how and why! Wear workout clothing to each class.  We will continue to work on exercises during class time.
